Eventos adversos posteriores a la vacunación en población vacunada contra COVID-19 en el departamento de Nariño

Abstract

Los eventos adversos posteriores a vacunación por Covid-19 es uno de los temas que en la actualidad no cuenta con mucha información, datos o estadísticas tanto a nivel nacional como regional. Por lo tanto, es importante que dichos eventos se identifiquen y comuniquen de manera inmediata, oportuna y transparente para mantener la confianza de las personas en los programas de vacunación, en donde cuyo objetivo de esta investigación es calcular la frecuencia de eventos adversos posteriores a la vacunación por Covid-19 en la población del departamento de Nariño durante el año 2022, siendo el enfoque de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo de corte transversal. Se utilizó un tipo de instrumento el cual permitió identificar y caracterizar la información teniendo en cuenta las variables sociodemográficas, antecedentes médicos, características de la vacunación y eventos adversos que surgieron después de la aplicación del biológico.

Post Covid-19 vaccination adverse events is one of the topics which does not have much information, data and statistics at present, both regionally and nationally. Therefore, it is important that such events are identified and communicated in an immediate, proper and transparent way. The above, in order to retain the confidence of the people in the vaccination programs in which the aim of this research is to measure the frequency of post Covid-19 vaccination adverse events in the population of the department of Nariño throughout the year 2022, with quantitative approach being a cross-sectional descriptive. A type of instrument to identify and characterize the information was used taking into account sociodemographic variables, medical background, vaccination characteristics and adverse events occurring after the application of the biologic.
