Factores determinantes de rotación de personal médico general en dos instituciones de salud del departamento del Cauca, 2020

Abstract

El presente estudio se realiza para evaluar los factores implicados en las renuncias consecutivas o rotación del personal médico general asistencial y el impacto que se origina frente a la calidad de la prestación de los servicios. Los resultados obtenidos beneficiarán a las instituciones implicadas, ya que permitirán visualizar la problemática y establecer recomendaciones para mitigar estas dificultades, concentrando sus esfuerzos en pro del bienestar de sus colaboradores; esto se verá reflejado en la disminución de costos de administración. Igualmente, se evitarán diferentes problemas atribuidos a la rotación del recurso humano en mención. Además, se espera promover y motivar la investigación dirigida a los campos de administración, específicamente a la prestación de servicios, teniendo en cuenta que son áreas poco exploradas en el sector de la salud.

The present study is carried out to evaluate the factors involved in the consecutive resignations or rotation of general medical assistance personnel and the impact that originates from the quality of the provision of services. The results obtained will benefit the institutions involved, since they will allow to visualize the problem and establish recommendations to mitigate these difficulties, concentrating their efforts on behalf of the well-being of their collaborators; This will be reflected in the decrease in administration costs. Likewise, different problems attributed to the rotation of the human resource in question will be avoided. In addition, it is expected to promote and motivate research directed to the fields of administration, specifically to the provision of services, taking into account that these are areas little explored in the health sector.
