Informe Beneficios Para Adquisición de Vivienda en Perú y Colombia

Abstract

En el mes de mayo de 2013 a partir de la iniciativa de la Universidad EAN de realizar una Internalización con un grupo de pregrado con el fin de homologar el modulo Seminario de Grado y avanzar en la elaboración del Trabajo de Grado, se realizo un viaje a Lima en el cual dicho grupo percibiría sobre su cultura, economía y educación. Debido a las experiencias generadas, las autoras del presente trabajo decidieron enfocar su idea sobre una observación al alto número de habitantes que transitan en dicha capital y si para ellos existen beneficios que incentiven la compra de vivienda nueva. Con el fin de evidenciar si en nuestra capital existen algún beneficio, se realizara una comparación sobre como el estado a través de beneficios está permitiendo el acceso a un techo digno a cada uno de sus habitantes.

Because of the experiences generated in the visit done as Colombian undergraduates in the past May 2013 to Lima, a comparison between the Peruvian and Colombian capital and the benefits that are delivered to citizens in order to encourage the purchase of new housing will be developed. The above idea arises due to increase in the displacement of inhabitants to the capitals and the help by the government through benefits is allowing access to decent home to each one of them. The report will deep some topics related with the benefits offered by the government for the purchase of housing, housing types, the various policies that they have and the issues presented currently on the subject.
