Abstract

Plan de negocios basado en la utilización de la tecnología SaaS (Software as a service), en donde se identificó la viabilidad de este tipo de tecnología como negocio enfocado principalmente en las Pymes, esto se logró determinar mediante un proceso de segmentación del mercado en donde claramente se estipuló que el nicho de mercado se encuentra ubicado en la ciudad de Bogotá y sus alrededores. Teniendo como base toda la información anterior se logra dimensionar la infraestructura requerida y dado los estudios anteriores de inversión se demuestra la viabilidad como negocio de las tecnologías SaaS dentro del nicho mercado encontrado.

Business plan is formed based on the utilization of the SaaS technology, where the viability has been identified in this specific kind of technology as a business focused primly on the Pymes, this was able to be determined due to a process of market segmentation where it was clearly shown stipulated that the niche of the market appears to be located in the city of Bogotá and its surroundings. Having all the previous information as a base, the accomplishment has been reached of being able to dimension the required infrastructure and given the previous studies of inversion, the viability as a business of the SaaS technologies inside the niche market that has been found, is shown.
