El presente proyecto propone la automatización del servicio al cliente en La Casa del Screenmediante la implementación de un sistema ERP con el objetivo de transformar la experiencia del cliente optimizar la eficiencia operativa y generar valor para la empresa dedicada a la comercialización y producción de insumos y maquinaria para serigrafía La Casa del Screen busca alinear sus objetivos estratégicos con tecnologías que agilicen y mejoren sus procesos a través de la integración del ERP el cual permitirá ofrecer un servicio más eficiente orientado a resultados y fortalecerá la competitividad de la empresa en el mercado.

This project proposes the automation of customer service at La Casa del Screen through the implementation of an ERP system with the aim of transforming the customer experience, optimizing operational efficiency and generating value for the company. Dedicated to the marketing and production of supplies and machinery for screen printing, La Casa del Screen seeks to align its strategic objectives with technologies that streamline and improve its processes through the integration of the ERP which will allow it to offer a more efficient service oriented towards results and will strengthen the company's competitiveness in the market.
