Punto de atención de los SuperCADEs

Abstract

La Secretaría General de la Alcaldía Mayor diseñó y estableció los Centros de Atención Distrital Especializados SuperRCADE como un punto de contacto entre la ciudadanía y las entidades de la Administración Distrital, sin embargo, la Secretaria Distrital de Integración Social - SDIS no tiene un punto de información en estos centros de atención a la ciudadanía. Se propone que en los SuperCADE de la ciudad de Bogotá, se cuente con la presencia de la Secretaria Distrital de Integración Social – SDIS con funcionarios capacitados en Gestión Social Integral - GSI y en el portafolio de servicio de esta entidad; por consiguiente, se busca mejorar los canales de comunicación entre la Secretaria Distrital de Integración Social - SDIS y la ciudadanía a través de un punto de atención en los seis (6) SuperCADE, para atender sus requerimientos de forma amable y tramitar sus solicitudes oportunamente. La población objetivo son los ciudadanos usuarios de los Centros de Atención Distrital Especializados SuperCADE de la ciudad de Bogotá y pertenecientes estratos 1, 2 y 3.

The General Secretary of the Mayor designed and established the Specialized Attention District Centers SuperCADE as a point of contact between citizens and the institutions of the District Administration. However, the District Secretary of Social Integration – SDIS does not have a point of information in these centers to citizenship. It is proposed that in the SuperCADE of Bogotá, people can have the District Secretary of Social Integration – SDIS with trained staff in Comprehensive Social Management - GSI and the service portfolio of this institution. Therefore, it is necessary to improve communication channels between the District Secretary of Social Integration - SDIS and citizenship through a focal point in the six (6) SuperCADE, in order to solve their requirements and applications in a friendly and timely process. The target population is the citizens who are members of the Specialized Attention District Centers SuperCADE of Bogotá and falling levels 1, 2 and 3.
