dc.description.abstractEste artículo diseña un modelo automatizado basado en Microsoft 365 para mejorar la eficiencia operativa de la gestión de eventos en la Universidad Ean. El problema identificado se relaciona con tres variables centrales: tiempo de gestión, reprocesos y trazabilidad. Actualmente, el proceso depende de solicitudes en mesa de servicio, validaciones manuales de disponibilidad, registros en calendarios compartidos, consolidación en archivos de Excel y seguimiento operativo disperso. La investigación se desarrolló con enfoque cualitativo, alcance propositivo y diseño documental. Se aplicó una revisión sistemática bajo criterios PRISMA, complementada con análisis de registros internos de la Dirección de Eventos y Proyectos Culturales. El corpus final estuvo conformado por 30 fuentes académicas y técnicas, además de documentos institucionales usados para contextualizar el diagnóstico y estructurar la propuesta. Los resultados permiten plantear que la automatización mediante Power Apps, SharePoint, Power Automate y Outlook puede reducir tiempos de respuesta, disminuir reprocesos por doble digitación y fortalecer la trazabilidad documental del evento. El modelo propone una captura única de información, flujos de aprobación, calendario automatizado, almacenamiento centralizado y consulta de evidencias por evento. El aporte principal del estudio consiste en estructurar una propuesta funcional y verificable para pasar de una gestión fragmentada a un proceso integrado, trazable y escalable. No se presentan resultados de impacto definitivo, sino una base metodológica y técnica para una futura validación piloto en la Universidad Ean.spa
dc.description.abstractThis article designs an automated model based on Microsoft 365 to improve the operational efficiency of event management at Universidad Ean. The identified problem relates to three core variables: management time, rework, and traceability. Currently, the process relies on service desk requests, manual availability validati ons, shared calendar entries, consolidation in Excel files, and dispersed operational tracking. The research followed a qualitative approach with a propositive scope and documentary design. A systematic review was applied under PRISMA criteria, complemented by an analysis of internal records from the Events and Cultural Projects Directorate. The final corpus consisted of 30 academic and technical sources, in addition to institutional documents used to contextualize the diagnosis and structure the proposal. The results suggest that automation through Power Apps, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Outlook can reduce response times, decrease rework caused by double-entry, and strengthen documentary traceability of events. The model proposes a single point of data capture, approval workflows, an automated calendar, centralized storage, and evidence consultation per event. The study's main contribution consists of structuring a functional and verifiable proposal to transition from fragmented management to an integrated, traceable, and scalable process. Definitive impact results are not presented; instead, the study provides a methodological and technical foundation for a future pilot validation at Universidad Ean.eng
