| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de consultoría profesional tiene como propósito diseñar un plan de mejora del sistema de gestión y control de la productividad en la Dirección Comercial de ALVILLA S.A.S., empresa colombiana especializada en empaques premium. A través de una metodología mixta, sustentada en enfoques cualitativos y cuantitativos, se aplicaron encuestas validadas por expertos y entrevistas en profundidad, con el objetivo de identificar brechas críticas en aspectos como el seguimiento de indicadores, la motivación del equipo, el reconocimiento al desempeño, la gestión por procesos y la retroalimentación organizacional. El diagnóstico mostró que el sistema actual presenta algunas debilidades de fondo que limitan su funcionamiento. Estas limitaciones impactan el rendimiento del área, el ambiente laboral y la manera en cómo se conectan los propósitos estratégicos con la práctica comercial. Como respuesta a estos hallazgos, se propusieron varias alternativas de mejora, entre ellas la incorporación de tableros Kanban, el fortalecimiento de programas de reconocimiento, espacios de retroalimentación periódicos, talleres de calidad y un plan de capacitación continua. Todas estas acciones orientadas bajo los lineamientos de la norma ISO 9001:2015 y buscan mejorar el desempeño del área, consolidar una cultura de mejora continua y aportar al crecimiento sostenible de la organización. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | This professional consulting project aims to design an improvement plan for the productivity management and control system in the Commercial Department of ALVILLA S.A.S., a Colombian company specializing in premium packaging. Using a mixed methodology based on qualitative and quantitative approaches, expert-validated surveys and in-depth interviews were conducted to identify critical gaps in areas such as indicator monitoring, team motivation, performance recognition, process management, and organizational feedback. The diagnosis revealed fundamental weaknesses in the current system that limit its effectiveness. These limitations impact the department's performance, the work environment, and how strategic objectives are aligned with commercial practices. In response to these findings, several improvement alternatives were proposed, including the implementation of Kanban boards, strengthening recognition programs, establishing regular feedback sessions, conducting quality workshops, and developing a continuous training plan. All these actions are guided by the ISO 9001:2015 standard and aim to improve the area's performance, consolidate a culture of continuous improvement, and contribute to the organization's sustainable growth. | eng |
