Percepción de interoperabilidad de historia clínica electrónica HCE del profesional de salud del Hospital Regional Alfonso Jaramillo Salazar dl Líbano Tolima

Abstract

La trascendencia y trayectoria de la historia clínica como soporte legal para la prestación del servicio en el transcurso de la evolución de la salud en Colombia y en el resto del mundo, ha tomado un camino hacia la innovación digital con el fin de proporcionarle al usuario servicios más accesibles y con mayor facilidad que reduzcan los tiempos, gastos, recursos y optimicen los procesos o trámites ante las entidades, por lo tanto el Gobierno Nacional ha determinado la implementación obligatoria a las organizaciones prestadoras salud para el intercambio de información entre estas (interoperabilidad de la historia clínica), por lo cual este estudio permitirá identificar la percepción del profesional de salud y el proceso de avance de interoperabilidad de Historia Clínica Electrónica HCE en el Hospital Regional Alfonso Jaramillo Salazar del Líbano Tolima. Se trata de un estudio descriptivo, no experimental, con enfoque cualitativo, y de corte transversal, que arrojó como resultado que no está definido los datos que se deben migrar a la plataforma PDI, ni los servicios de intercambio de información que se utilizarán o desarrollarán en el proyecto interinstitucional.

The importance and trajectory of the clinical history as legal support for the provision of the service in the course of the evolution of health in Colombia and in the rest of the world, has taken a path towards digital innovation in order to provide the user with services more accessible and easier to reduce time, expenses, resources and optimize processes or procedures before entities, therefore the National Government has determined the mandatory implementation of health provider organizations for the exchange of information between them (interoperability of the clinical history), for which this study will allow to identify the perception of the health professional and the process of advancement of interoperability of the EHR Electronic Medical Record in the Alfonso Jaramillo Salazar Regional Hospital of Líbano Tolima. This is a descriptive, non-experimental study, with a qualitative and cross-sectional approach, which showed that the data that should be migrated to the PDI platform is not defined, nor the information exchange services that will be used or developed. in the inter-institutional project.
