Comportamientos asertivos personal de salud percibidos por usuarios asociados a calidad de atención

Abstract

Los comportamientos asertivos del equipo de salud con el paciente han sido estudiados por varios años en relación a la calidad en la atención en salud, es fundamental definir cuales son los comportamientos asertivos mas percibidos por los pacientes, para ello se realizo una revisión bibliográfica que permitió elaborar un instrumento para detectar esta percepción en pro de identificar fallas u oportunidades de mejora en la relación equipo de salud- paciente. Objetivos: Identificar los principales comportamientos asertivos del equipo de salud, percibidos por los pacientes, elaborar instrumento de percepción de comportamientos asertivos, Diseño: Revisión bibliográfica de 30 artículos relacionados con el objetivo y palabras clave, elaboración de instrumento de percepción de comportamientos asertivos.

The assertive behaviors of the health team with the patient have been studied for several years in relation to the quality of health care, it is essential to define which are the assertive behaviors most perceived by the patients, for this a bibliographic review was carried out that allowed develop an instrument to detect this perception in order to identify failures or opportunities for improvement in the health team-patient relationship.
