Abstract

El Deporte corporativo pretende promover bienestar y proporcionar un entorno saludable para los trabajadores y empresarios, por su parte la cultura organizacional es el conjunto de creencias, valores, normas y reglas que definen el comportamiento de una organización (Cultura Organizativa: Por Qué Es Tan Importante Para las Empresas, 2025), esto teniendo en cuenta a su vez el bienestar y salud mental de los empleados, es por esta razón que a lo largo del desarrollo del presente documento y bajo la implementación de una metodología de investigación, se realizará una reflexión respecto a cómo influye el Deporte Corporativo en la Cultura Organizacional de una empresa y sus trabajadores, identificando los factores que resaltan en su implementación.

Corporate Sport aims to promote well-being and provide a healthy environment for workers and employers, on the other hand, organizational culture is the set of beliefs, values, norms and rules that define the behavior of an organization (Organizational Culture: Why It Is So Important for Companies, 2025), taking into account in turn the well-being and mental health of employees, it is for this reason that throughout the development of this document and under the implementation of a research methodology, a reflection will be made regarding how Corporate Sport influences the Organizational Culture of a company and its workers, identifying the factors that stand out in its implementation.
