La inestabilidad de los servicios bancarios a través de las plataformas virtuales

Abstract

La presente investigación se basa en analizar como la tecnología se ha ido implementando de manera progresiva a través del tiempo en el sector bancario. Se busca analizar los aspectos positivos y negativos con respecto al uso de plataformas virtuales bancarias y su impacto en los clientes. Se realiza un análisis de datos obtenidos de una encuesta que muestra el nivel de satisfacción que tienen los clientes que utilizan las aplicaciones bancarias para realizar sus transacciones en línea y se identifican posibles problemas que se presentan en el uso de estas plataformas, así como la percepción de los clientes con respecto al servicio que prestan los bancos por medio de la tecnología.

This research is based on analyzing how technology has been progressively implemented over time in the banking. It seeks to analyze the positive and negative aspects regarding the use of virtual banking platforms and their impact on customers. An analysis of data obtained from a survey is carried out that shows the level of satisfaction of customers who use banking applications to carry out their online transactions and possible problems that arise in the use of these platforms are identified, as well as the perception of customers regarding the service provided by banks through technology.
