Abstract

El Centro de Rehabilitación Integral – CREER es una Institución prestadora de servicios de salud que surge como respuesta a las necesidades de las personas de ejercitarse sin exceder sus capacidades físicas y garantizando el cumplimiento de objetivos previamente fijados. Por otra parte, pretende generar procesos de inclusión social, facilitando la realización de ejercicio físico a personas en situación de discapacidad, por medio del desarrollo de programas interdisciplinarios que permitan ofrecer un tratamiento integral e individualizado. Prestar servicios de acondicionamiento físico teniendo en cuenta las características físicas, fisiológicas, funcionales e individuales de los usuarios garantizando su salud integral y contribuyendo a alcanzar una óptima calidad de vida.

The Integrated Rehabilitation Center - CREER, is an institution providing health services that arises as a response to the needs of the people of workout without exceeding their physical abilities but ensuring compliance with pre-set goals.
