Logística: La clave de la competitividad para Colombia ¿Cómo Implementar centros de distribución inteligentes?

Abstract

El artículo presenta la metodología, resultados, análisis, conclusiones y recomendaciones correspondientes a la investigación sobre la implementación de Centros de Distribución Inteligentes en Colombia, como el agrupamiento de actividades para generar ventajas competitivas en las compañías de diversas sedes en el país a fin de aportar al crecimiento y desarrollo económico del mismo. Se realizó un estudio con gerentes y mandos estratégicos de las áreas de logística y operaciones direccionadas al entendimiento e importancia de una metodología que garantice la implementación de centros de distribución inteligentes.

The article presents the methodology, results, analysis, conclusions and recommendations corresponding to the research on the implementation of smart distribution centers in Colombia, such as the grouping of activities to generate competitive advantages in companies from different locations in the country in order to contribute to the growth and economic development of it. A study was carried out with managers and strategic managers from the areas of logistics and operations directed to the understanding and importance of a methodology that guarantees the implementation of intelligent distribution centers
