IMPLEMENTACIÓN DEL MARCO DE REFERENCIA PRINCE2 EN LA GESTIÓN DE PROYECTOS EN LA EMPRESA WOODPECKER S.A.S.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo, diseñar e implementar una metodología para la gerencia de proyectos en la empresa Woodpecker S.A.S., enfocada en la construcción de viviendas livianas por medio de WPC (Wood Plastic Composite / Compuesto de Madera y Plástico). Se utilizaron diversos métodos de investigación con el fin de analizar las fortalezas y debilidades de la compañía en la gestión de proyectos y así sugerir una metodología basada en el marco de referencia PRINCE 2.

De esta manera los autores recomiendan la aplicación de guías que tienen como objetivo llevar a cabo una planeación y control de la calidad de los procesos y productos que se ejecuten en la puesta en marcha de cada proyecto en Woodpecker.

The present work of investigation has, as an objective, to design and implement a methodology for the management of projects in the company Woodpecker S.A.S., focused on the construction of lightweight housing by means of Wood Plastic Composite (WPC). It was utilized in diverse methods of investigation with the goal of analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the company in the management of projects and this way suggest a methodology based on the frame of reference PRINCE 2.

The authors recommend that the application of guides, that have as an objective, to accomplish planning and quality control in the processes and products, to be executed in the carrying out of each project of Woodpecker.
