En el presente informe es una investigación detallada sobre las definiciones operacionales de las variables cuantitativas determinadas para el diseño no experimental transversal con alcance descriptivo de esta investigación. En la primera parte se presenta el análisis de los indicadores financieros de Liquidez, Actividad, Rentabilidad y Endeudamiento, calculados a partir de los datos obtenidos en los Estados de Situación Financiera y los Estados de Resultados de la compañía VASS Consultoría de Sistemas S.A.S., para los años 2019 y 2020. Posteriormente, se realiza el análisis horizontal y vertical de los Estados Financieros mencionados, los cuales nos permitieron determinar las variación relativa y absoluta en el desempeño de la organización en los años estudiados. Por otro lado, para complementar el objetivo general de la investigación, se hace un cálculo y análisis de la cantidad de personas y áreas de la compañía en modalidad de teletrabajo el año anterior y durante la pandemia del Covid-19, para definir la magnitud del impacto de la coyuntura mundial en VASS. Finalmente, a partir del marco teórico y los análisis realizados se establecen conclusiones y recomendaciones que responden a la pregunta y los objetivos de investigación planteados.

This report is a detailed investigation on the operational definitions of the quantitative variables determined for the non-experimental cross-sectional design with a descriptive scope of this investigation. The first part we present the analysis of the financial indicators such as Liquidity, Activity, Profitability and Indebtedness. These indicators have been calculated from the data in the Financial Situation Statements and the Income Statements of the company VASS Consultoría de Sistemas SAS, for the years 2019 and 2020. Subsequently, we carried out the horizontal and vertical analysis of the Financial Statements, which allowed us to determine the relative and absolute variation in the performance of the organization. On the other hand, to complement the general objective of the research, we calculate and analyze how many people and how many is made of the number of people and how many departments of the company work teleworking in the period before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This has allowed us to assess the impact of the world cujuncture on VASS. Finally, based on the theoretical framework and the analyzes carried out, we inculcate conclusions and recommendations to answer the question and research objectives.
