Implementación de la política pública de la inclusión laboral en población discapacitada.

Abstract

La presente investigación exhibe la inclusión laboral en personas discapacitadas como uno de los derechos más vulnerados en la sociedad. Es evidente, la falta de igualdad, los índices de pobreza y la alta tasa de desempleo en esta población. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior se realiza una investigación de tipo cuantitativa, contando con la participación de diferentes áreas en empresas tipificadas como grandes superficies, usando como técnicas e instrumentos la encuesta, aplicada a diferentes aspectos en cuanto a la opinión y conocimiento sobre el problema base. Este ejercicio permitió demostrar bajo el análisis de datos confiables que aún existe una gran brecha de discriminación hacia las personas discapacitadas en el ámbito laboral y que es importante que las empresas conozcan y adopten medidas que permitan que este tipo de población tenga mayor oportunidad laboral.

The present investigation exhibits labor inclusion in disabled people as one of the most violated rights in society. It is evident, the lack of equality, the poverty rates and the high unemployment rate in this population. Taking into account the above, a quantitative investigation is carried out, with the participation of different areas in companies classified as large surfaces, using the survey as techniques and instruments, applied to different aspects in terms of opinion and knowledge about the base problem. . This exercise made it possible to demonstrate, based on the analysis of reliable data, that there is still a large gap in discrimination against disabled people in the workplace and that it is important that companies are aware of and adopt measures that allow this type of population to have greater employment opportunities.
