Consumo excesivo del recurso hídrico en el laboratorio de suelos AMCIS

Abstract

La investigación abordó el consumo de agua en los procesos laboratorio de suelos de la empresa AMCIS, debido al alto consumo promedio registrado en los últimos meses, en relación a la cantidad promedio de muestras de suelos que se procesan mensualmente.

Se plantean formular estrategias para el uso eficiente del recurso hídrico en las pruebas de ensayo del laboratorio de suelos AMCIS, mediante una metodología con enfoque cualitativo de alcance descriptivo. El desarrollo de la metodología está basado en la inspección documental, Inspección in Situ, Balance de masas y revisión bibliográfica, realizados en 3 etapas.

The investigation addressed the water consumption in the laboratory processes of soils of the company AMCIS, due to the high average consumption registered in recent months, in relation to the average number of soil samples that are processed monthly.

Strategies are proposed for the efficient use of the water resource in the testing of the AMCIS soil laboratory, using a methodology with a qualitative approach of descriptive scope. The development of the methodology is based on documentary inspection, on-site inspection, mass balance and bibliographic review, carried out in 3 stages.

In the first stage, standards are established for the efficient use of water in the laboratory (Technology and good practices for the efficient use and saving of water), determine potential savings and the relationship of consumption by processes, in the second stage the benefit relationship and cost of water recirculation in the company and in the third stage an instructional model is considered to make workers aware of the efficient use and saving of water in the AMCIS soil laboratory.
