La situación que se viene presentando desde hace algunas décadas en Colombia dentro del sistema general de seguridad social en salud, ha sido gran detonante a nivel financiero de la EPS e IPS; es especial estas últimas, que al no contar con un músculo financiero robusto se ven en la irreversible necesidad de liquidarse y cerrar sus operaciones. A continuación, en el presente anteproyecto hablaremos del caso especial de una IPS de la Ciudad de Pereira-Risaralda, llamada VITALITY HOME CARE SAS, en la cual conforme al estudio de sus estados financieros de los años 2023 y 2024 analizaremos la problemática del aumento de cartera resultante de su objeto Social.

The situation that has been happening in Colombia since decades ago with the general system of social security, has been a big trigger for the financial situation of the EPS and IPS, especially for the last one since they don't have a strong enough financial structure, the only option for them is finally liquidate and close their operations. Next, in this preliminary project we will talk about the special case of an IPS in the City of Pereira-Risaralda, called VITALITY HOME CARE SAS, in which, according to the study of its financial statements for the years 2023 and 2024, we will analyze the problem of the increase in the portfolio resulting from its corporate purpose.
