El proyecto de negocios para la empresa Mudanzas Logísticas A&A SAS, se describe como una idea innovadora donde la actividad principal del negocio son las mudanzas logísticas, y que de acuerdo a la misión de la empresa es atender los requerimientos de los clientes, desde su necesidad de mudarse hasta la entrega de satisfacción del servicio del nuevo lugar a habitar. La ventaja competitiva de Mudanzas Logísticas A&A SAS, ante otras empresas de mudanzas es su factor diferenciador en cuanto a que el cliente no debe hacer nada, “Mudanzas Logísticas A&A lo hace por usted”; este factor lo integra varios ítem como: rapidez en la respuesta a la solicitud, la facilidad de pago mediante las inmobiliarias con el canon de arrendamiento, la tranquilidad del manejo de los elementos del trasteo del cliente, las competencias de los empleados y que todo se resumen en precios razonables frente al mercado.
