Propuesta de un plan de bienestar laboral para los trabajadores del Centro Educativo Internacional Oasis

Abstract

El siguiente documento se realiza a partir de la necesidad del Centro Educativo Internacional Oasis en la formulación y creación de un plan de bienestar que le permita mejorar el desempeño laboral y proporcionar condiciones en el ambiente de trabajo que favorezca el desarrollo de la creatividad, la participación y la seguridad laboral de los trabajadores de la institución. Lo anterior se identificó debido al aislamiento preventivo obligatorio declarado por el Gobierno Nacional en marzo de 2020, debido a la pandemia causada por el COVID 19. A raíz de la cuarentena obligatoria, la gran mayoría de los sectores en el país debieron desarrollar sus actividades con trabajo en casa y teletrabajo, para evitar el contagio, entre ellos el sector educativo. El Centro Educativo Internacional Oasis, al tener que realizar sus actividades por vía remota, a través de trabajo en casa o teletrabajo, identificó la necesidad de generar espacios de bienestar e incentivos para sus trabajadores, razón por la cual, al hacer un análisis de la situación, se evidenció que no se contaba con un plan de bienestar laboral, que además se convertía en un reto en momentos de pandemia.

The following document is based on the need of the Centro Educativo Internacional Oasis in the formulation and creation of a welfare plan that allows it to improve work performance and provide conditions in the work environment that promotes the development of creativity, participation and job security of workers in the institution. The above was identified due to the mandatory preventive isolation declared by the National Government in March 2020, due to the pandemic caused by the COVID 19. As a result of the mandatory quarantine, the vast majority of sectors in the country had to develop their activities with work at home and teleworking, to avoid contagion, including the education sector. The Centro Educativo Internacional Oasis, having to carry out its activities remotely, through work at home or teleworking, identified the need to generate welfare spaces and incentives for their workers, which is why, when making an analysis of the situation, it became evident that there was no welfare plan at work, which also became a challenge in times of pandemic.
