Determinación de la relación entre el soporte de la gerencia de operaciones de proyectos y la efectividad de este soporte en la gestión de los proyectos en la empresa Redcom Ltda.

Abstract

Este proyecto profundiza en lo referente a cómo se puede medir el nivel de soporte que brindan las oficinas de proyectos y cómo este soporte puede ser percibido por los stakeholders de cada proyecto. Inicialmente, se construyó un marco teórico robusto, que plantea los diferentes tipos de oficinas de proyectos que pueden existir en una organización y cómo cada una de ellas puede suplir las necesidades que quiera cubrir cada compañía, así como cada una de ellas se comporta de forma diferente dependiendo del tipo de autoridad que se le otorgue. En el caso de la empresa Redcom Ltda, no existe una oficina de proyectos, pero sus funciones son asumidas por el área de operaciones. Esta área está encargada de administrar y gestionar todos los proyectos de la compañía y donde reposa la información correspondiente a cada uno de ellos. Desde esta área se garantiza que los recursos necesarios sean suministrados dependiendo del tipo de proyecto que la organización esté asumiendo.

This project delves into how the level of support provided by project offices can be measured and how this support can be perceived by the stakeholders of each project. Initially, a robust theoretical framework was built, which raises the different types of project offices that may exist in an organization and how each of them can meet the needs that each company wants to cover, as well as how each of them behaves in a different depending on the type of authority that is granted. In the case of the company Redcom Ltda, there is no project office, but its functions are assumed by the operations area. This area is in charge of administering and managing all the projects of the company and where the information corresponding to each one of them rests. From this area it is guaranteed that the necessary resources are provided depending on the type of project that the organization is assuming.
