Relación entre personas que han sufrido accidentes de trabajo en el último año y los factores de riesgo psicosocial de Superpolo S.A.S.

Abstract

Este proyecto se abarcarán temas importantes, teniendo en cuenta que su fin es encontrar la relación entre personas que han sufrido accidentes de trabajo en el último año y los factores de riesgo psicosocial en la empresa Superpolo S.A.S, además por qué este es un tema que a la organización le interesa investigar por el alto índice de accidentalidad que se ha venido presentando, con el fin de buscar diferentes opciones que le permita a futuro implementar un plan de acción. Además, porque al determinar esta relación también se pueden describir posibles causas y tipos de manejo que se le dieron a dichos accidentes en el año 2023 y de esta forma poder encontrar si tienen relación con los factores de riesgo psicosocial, ya que con los resultados obtenido de la batería de riesgo psicosocial del año 2023 y la encuesta realizada en abril del 2024 elaborada en Google forms se pueden obtener algunas variables que permiten identificar o no el alto índice de accidentalidad dentro de la empresa.

This project, important topics will be covered, taking into account that its purpose is to find the relationship between people who have suffered work accidents in the last year and psychosocial risk factors in the company Superpolo S.A.S, also why this is a topic that the organization is interested in investigating due to the high accident rate that has been occurring, in order to look for different options that allow it to implement an action plan in the future. In addition, because by determining this relationship, possible causes and types of management that were given to said accidents in the year 2023 can also be described and in this way be able to find if they are related to psychosocial risk factors, since with the results obtained from the psychosocial risk battery for the year 2023 and the survey carried out in April 2024 prepared in Google forms, some variables can be obtained that allow identifying or not the high accident rate within the company.
