Realizar un plan estratégico para la empresa OPSA S.A – E.S.P, asegurando su posicionamiento y sostenibilidad en el mercado. Revisar el enfoque gerencial de OPSA S.A.-E.S.P., que permita identificar los principales factores que afectan su desempeño y el nivel situacional actual. Analizar el entorno externo en que se mueve la empresa mediante la aplicación del marco PESTEL. Realizar un diagnóstico organizacional interno para identificar y definir la situación actual de la empresa y las variables organizacionales que afectan la sostenibilidad y participación en el mercado, utilizando el modelo Kast & Rosenzweig.

Carry out a strategic plan for the company OPSA S.A - E.S.P, ensuring its positioning and sustainability in the market. Review the management approach of OPSA S.A.-E.S.P., which makes it possible to identify the main factors that affect its performance and the current situation level. Analyze the external environment in which the company operates by applying the PESTEL framework. Carry out an internal organizational diagnosis to identify and define the current situation of the company and the organizational variables that affect sustainability and market share, using the Kast & Rosenzweig model.
