The objective of this research article is to evaluate the perception that users had regarding the quality of health services provided by the IPS CDC Clinical Diagnostic Center of the city of Armenia-Colombia in the post-pandemic period between the months June and August 2021, through the telemedicine modality; For this, with prior authorization from the institution, the database was taken in a universe of 323 patients diagnosed with Covid-19 from the EPS ASMET SALUD; A sampling was carried out using the SAM digital tool, Version 3.0, which yielded a sample of 183 individuals; The type of study is mixed and the structured interview was used as a data collection method, which was carried out by telephone; One of the relevant results was that users went to the service as regular, followed by unsatisfactory and that the teleconsultation did not respond to their needs. CONCLUSIONS: the users treated by the telemedicine modality were not satisfied with the care because they consider that the doctor does not obtain accurate and objective information on the current health condition, they did not obtain adequate medication to improve symptoms, therefore considers teleconsultation as an unviable option for patient care. It was found that in the sociodemographic variables of the users, there were access barriers, due to the lack of connectivity and use of telecommunication tools such as the internet. It is not specified how to guarantee that the user received the care, due to unclear and difficult-to-access communication channels. RECOMMENDATIONS: The scheduling process should be improved, respecting the attention hours and improving the doctor-patient interaction to generate adherence to the use of telemedicine.eng
