La Empresa X, brinda soluciones para la prestación de servicios de aseo, cafetería y servicios especializados, entre otros, siendo pionera, con una trayectoria de más de 60 años en Colombia. En 2018, lanza al mercado el servicio de “limpieza por días”, dirigido a hogares en la ciudad de Bogotá, con gran acogida durante los primeros veinte meses de operación. En 2020, su crecimiento se desacelera, a causa de las medidas restrictivas tomadas como prevención al contagio de la Covid-19 y en 2021, luego de la reactivación económica, se evidencia que algunos de los clientes frecuentes no adquieren el servicio sin causa aparente. Se hace necesario así, conocer las situaciones que generan motivación o aversión en los usuarios para la compra del servicio, por medio de una investigación, que desarrolle entrevistas a profundidad y encuestas masivas durante un periodo de tiempo aproximado de seis (6) semanas, entre clientes actuales, retirados y potenciales, para identificar en principio; los perfiles psicográficos de quienes adquieren el servicio, así como los motivadores e inhibidores de compra de los consumidores del servicio de limpieza por días en los hogares de la ciudad de Bogotá. Las encuestas masivas por su parte evidenciaron esas causas que motivan o inhiben la compra del servicio, como lo son las recomendaciones de familiares o demás conocidos, la seguridad en el proceso de venta y post venta, así como la continuidad de una sola experta en la prestación del servicio, dentro de los motivadores de compra y el desconocimiento, precio y restricciones sanitarias como parte de los inhibidores. Esta investigación permitirá servir como base de un plan de mercadeo de producto al interior de la Empresa X, así como guía para futuras investigaciones de este tipo, en el sector de servicios en la ciudad de Bogotá.

Company X, provides solutions for the provision of cleaning services, cafeteria and specialized services, among others, being a pioneer, with a history of more than 60 years in Colombia. In 2018, the "day cleaning" service was launched on the market, aimed at homes in the city of Bogotá, with great success during the first twenty months of operation. In 2020, its growth slows down, due to the restrictive measures taken to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and in 2021, after the economic reactivation, it is evident that some of the frequent customers do not acquire the service without apparent cause. Thus, it is necessary to know the situations that generate motivation or aversion in the users for the purchase of the service, through an investigation, which develops in-depth interviews and massive surveys during a period of approximately six (6) weeks, between current, retired and potential clients, to identify in principle; the psychographic profiles of those who acquire the service, as well as the purchase motivators and inhibitors of the consumers of the daily cleaning service in the homes of the city of Bogotá. The massive surveys for their part evidenced those causes that motivate or inhibit the purchase of the service, such as recommendations from relatives or other acquaintances, security in the sale and post-sale process, as well as the continuity of a single expert in the provision of the service, within the motivators of purchase and ignorance, price and health restrictions as part of the inhibitors. This research will serve as the basis for a product marketing plan within Company X, as well as a guide for future research of this type, in the service sector in the city of Bogotá.
