El presente trabajo de grado tiene como objetivo principal el diseño propuesto para la implementación de una oficina de proyectos (Project Management Office (PMO)) de tipo básica, para la Secretaria de Seguridad Operacional y de Aviación Civil (SSOAC) de la Aeronáutica Civil de Colombia, tomando como base los estándares del Project Management Institute (PMI). Esto como respuesta a la necesidad que tiene la organización de gestionar proyectos exitosos, mediante la correcta administración de sus recursos, planeamiento estratégico y por supuesto la gerencia profesional de los mismos.

The main objective of this degree work is the proposed design for the implementation of a project management office (PMO) of a basic type, for the Secretariat of Operational Safety and Civil Aviation (SSOAC) of the Civil Aeronautics of Colombia, based on the standards of the Project Management Institute (PMI). This is in response to the organization's need to manage successful projects, through the correct administration of its resources, strategic planning and, of course, their professional management.
