A través de este trabajo se abordó el caso de una compañía nacional llamada 2Brothers. S.A.S., la cual lleva un año en el mercado ofreciendo servicios de marketing digital a empresas medianas y pequeñas de Colombia, más específicamente en su área de influencia Bogotá; aquí se evaluó todo el entorno en el cual se desempeña la empresa analizando desde su contexto interno y externo para saber como era su mercado y así poder identificar tanto sus fortalezas como debilidades y sus oportunidades y amenazas con el único objetivo de darle a la empresa una herramienta que le de un mejor panorama para competir y seguir creciendo en el sector que se desempeña. De igual forma, a través de este trabajo se buscó darle a esta compañía una mayor estructura a nivel organizacional y más específicamente a su área de marketing, la cual, le dará a la empresa la capacidad de ser sustentable en el tiempo y alcanzar un mayor nivel competitivo en la industria a través de la comprensión de la importancia de un planeamiento estratégico proyectado a futuro como base fundamental de la supervivencia en el mercado.

Through this work, considering the case of a national company called 2Brothers. SAS, which is a year in the market offering digital marketing services to small and medium enterprises in Colombia, specifically in the area of influence Bogotá; here was evaluated throughout the environment in which the company operates from its internal context analyzing external and know how was your market so we can identify both their strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and threats for the sole purpose of giving the company a tool to give you a better picture to compete and grow in the industry that serves. Similarly, through this study aimed to give this company a higher-level organizational structure and more specifically to its marketing area, which will give the company the ability to be sustainable over time and achieve greater competitive in the industry through the understanding of the importance of strategic planning for future projected as the foundation of survival in the market.
