The Langsoftworld project shows a novel way to teach a language through a linguistic platform which also wants to strengthen the bilingualism in the country by innovating methods that will increase the interest of the student using dynamic games, short passages, cultural videos and readings for vocabulary development and text analysis, also it will generate knowledge in several aspects such as: the Culture, history, facts and breaking news about countries that speaks that language. The platform will strengthen the four (4) major areas in any language such as Speaking, Reading, Writing and Grammar. Initially, the project will be launch in public schools at the capital city; however, immersions will be conducted in other segments for instance: private schools, corporations and individuals.The paper presents the formulation of the business plan to create the SAS Langsoftworld company by planning a marketing and financial strategy in order to demonstrate that it has a place in the technology market, offering an alternative method for autonomous learning of a second language
