El documento desarrolla el plan de negocios para el producto Stomp Coaching (coaching empresarial organizacional a través de la interpretación grupal del estilo musical stomp) Al finalizar este proyecto se busca posicionar gradualmente este servicio de consultoría como una propuesta innovadora y pertinente en el actual mercado emergente del coaching en Colombia y el mundo.
Abstract:
This paper develops the business plan for the product Stomp Coaching (Executive Team Coaching, through group performance of stomp music). The achievement of this project will translate into an innovative and pertinent approach of an executive team coaching service in an emerging and promising market such as the local and worldwide coaching industry.
