De acuerdo a la necesidad de mejorar la gestión de proyectos de la PMO del Banco Av. Villas, se decidió desarrollar como proyecto de investigación el Mejoramiento Metodológico en la Gestión De Proyectos del Banco, para lo cual se identificaron y analizaron una serie de metodologías sobre la gerencia de proyectos y medición de la capacidad de la PMO, lo siguiente a ello, fue la aplicación de tres variables de recolección de información que nos ayudaron a contextualizar el estado actual de la gestión de la PMO, las variables elegidas fueron, entrevistas a los implicados en la gestión de proyectos, encuesta de aplicabilidad de procesos del estándar PMI y encuesta de la metodología OPM3 para medir el grado de madurez de la PMO.

According to the need to improve project management of the Av. Villas Bank, it was decided to develop as a research project the Methodological Improvement in Project Management of the Bank, for which a series of methodologies were identified and analyzed Project management and capacity measurement of the PMO, following this, was the application of three information gathering variables that helped us to contextualize the current state of PMO management, the variables chosen were, interviews with Those involved in project management, the process applicability survey of the PMI standard and the OPM3 methodology survey to measure the degree of maturity of the PMO.
