La presente investigación tiene como objetivo, comprender los factores que determinan las oportunidades laborales en el sector agrícola en el departamento del Tolima con el fin de diseñar una ruta de aprendizaje en emprendimiento para los jóvenes entre los 16 y 28 años de edad en el Municipio Piedras Tolima. Dentro del planteamiento del problema, se tienen presente métricas internacionales, nacionales y municipal sobre indicadores que revelan las condiciones y situaciones de la población objeto de estudio.
