Influencia del "Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy" en el emprendedor

Abstract

El presente estudio desarrolla la revisión del estado del arte referente al “Self-Efficacy” (SE) y el “Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy” (ESE) para conocer los diferentes puntos de vista de la teoría a través del método de investigación, comparar diferentes técnicas de interpretación y evaluación del ESE, al final contribuye a la literatura de la cognición empresarial de tres enfoques diferentes, elaborando la relación entre el emprendedor y la creación de empresa, influenciado por los elementos empresariales, psicológicos y sociales del constructo ESE. Además, este documento mejora nuestra comprensión de las condiciones, percepciones, influencia y características de las personas que facilitan la creación de empresas mediante la propuesta de un marco teórico para el avance en el desarrollo del constructo ESE (autoeficacia emprendedora)

This study develops state of the art review concerning the "Self-Efficacy" (SE) ​​and the "Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy" (ESE) for the different points of view of the theory through the research method, compare different interpretation and evaluation techniques from the East, in the end contributes to entrepreneurial cognition literature three different approaches, developing the relationship between the entrepreneur and business creation, business elements influenced by psychological and social construct ESE. In addition, this paper improves our understanding of the conditions, perceptions, influence and characteristics of individuals that facilitate the creation of businesses by proposing a framework for progress in the development of the construct ESE (entrepreneurial self-efficacy)
