Propuesta de plan estratégico financiero para la compañía: “Lavado Industrial Colombiano S.A.S.”

Abstract

Inicialmente se estudió el concepto de planeación financiera y posterior a ello se identificaron las herramientas que se utilizan en este tipo de planeación para finalmente adaptarlas acorde a la estructura de la compañía Lavado Industrial Colombiano S.A.S. Finalmente se logra concluir que la planeación financiera es un aspecto relevante que no había sido tenido en cuenta por la compañía y que a través de ella se logra predecir la generación, uso y administración de los recursos financieros con miras a obtener el mayor nivel de rentabilidad, además se espera que al ser implementado y monitoreado le permitirá la compañía tomar las acciones correctivas en el momento adecuado, para evitar resultados negativos y poder cumplir con las metas propuestas y el crecimiento financiero y operativo de la entidad.
