Abstract

Con este trabajo se busca analizar el grado de cumplimiento de los criterios de la calidad del diligenciamiento de la historia clínica, así mismo evaluar la necesidad de mayor disposición de personal auditor que contribuya a identificar brechas y acciones de mejora para el correcto diligenciamiento de documentos clínicos.

La implementación de un instrumento permitirá evaluar la calidad, con la que se diligencia la historia clínica durante el proceso de visita domiciliaria realizado por el profesional médico, donde se podrá identificar el uso adecuado a la información, facilitar que esta información pueda compartirse entre el personal clínico; médico, enfermeras; lo que proporcionará más seguridad en el tratamiento y conducirá a las mejores prácticas. Se trata de crear un círculo de seguridad para el paciente, durante todo el proceso de atención.

This work seeks to analyze the degree of compliance with the criteria of the quality of the completion of the clinical history, as well as to evaluate the need for greater willingness of auditor personnel to help identify gaps and improvement actions for the correct completion of clinical documents. .

The implementation of an instrument will allow to evaluate the quality, with which the clinical history is carried out during the home visit process carried out by the medical professional, where the appropriate use of the information can be identified, facilitating that this information can be shared among the staff clinical; doctor, nurses; which will provide more safety in the treatment and lead to best practices. It is about creating a safety circle for the patient, throughout the care process.
