Estudio correlacional entre el área y precio de las viviendas versus la intención de compra de los proyectos de la zona norte de Tunja

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio es establecer la correlación entre el área y precio versus la intención de compra de los posibles clientes de viviendas de nuevos proyectos habitacionales en la zona norte de Tunja. La recolección de la información se realizó mediante la aplicación de encuestas, en donde se recopilaron los datos de posibles compradores. A partir de esta información se determinó el coeficiente de correlación, el cual demostró que existe una correlación fuerte entre las dos variables indicando que entre menor sea la relación de área y precio mayor será la intención de compra de los habitantes en la zona norte de Tunja. Este estudio permite entender la importancia de contar con esta información, puesto que facilita a las constructoras elaborar estrategias que les permitan maximizar la rentabilidad y eficiencia de la empresa.

The objective of this study is to establish the correlation between the area and price versus the purchase intention of potential clients of new housing projects in the northern area of Tunja. The information was collected through the application of surveys, in which data were collected from potential buyers. From this information the correlation coefficient was determined, which showed that there is a strong correlation between the two variables indicating that the lower the ratio of area and price, the greater will be the purchase intention of the inhabitants in the northern area of Tunja. This study allows us to understand the importance of having this information, since it facilitates the construction companies to elaborate strategies that allow them to maximize the profitability and efficiency of the company.
