PROPUESTA PROCESO DE EMISIÓN DE ACCIONES EN EL MERCADO DE VALORES DE COLOMBIA PARA REDETRANS S.A.

Abstract

En esta tesis, el autor plantea la posibilidad de obtener capital para Redetrans S.A. en el mercado de valores de Colombia, a fin de garantizar la solvencia de la compañía y su potencial crecimiento. Es así como se establece una hoja de ruta que incluye el establecimiento de un gobierno corporativo y campañas de mercadeo para generar recordación de marca ante potenciales inversionistas, tanto el principal como el segundo mercado. La valoración de la compañía se hace a través del flujo de caja descontado con crecimiento perpetuo y desde allí parte la estrategia de las acciones a emitir, su naturaleza y la necesidad de un Split como forma de llevar el precio de la acción a valores actuales de mercado accionario.

In this thesis, the author proposes the possibility to obtain capital for Redetrans INC in the colombian stock market to guarantee the solvency of the company and its potential growth. It establishes a roadmap that includes a corporate governance, and marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness to potential investors, as in the principal market as in alternative market. The valuation of the company is done through the discounted cash flow with perpetual growth. From there is generated the strategy of the kind of shares to be issued, their nature and the need of realize a Split as a way to obtain a similar price with the current stocks in the colombian market.
