La interculturalidad de los estudiantes de lenguas modernas

Abstract

El objetivo principal de esta investigación es saber la posición que tienen los estudiantes y aprendientes de lenguas modernas al momento de hablar de interculturalidad, y de que tan preparados se sienten para afrontar una experiencia cultural en un lugar extranjero o en el país natal. También se quiso analizar los conocimientos y preferencias que tienen los jóvenes al momento de comunicarse con nuevas culturas, explorar las competencias interculturales de los estudiantes de últimos semestres a la hora de hacer un negocio con personas de diversas culturas y por último identificar las diferencias y similitudes que puede haber entre los estudiantes de lenguas modernas entre los semestres (sexto, séptimo y octavo) para entender el nivel de preparación de cada alumno.

También se podrá analizar las razones por las cuales pactar un negocio de una cultura diferente a la de origen puede ocasionar disgustos por ambas partes por la falta de aptitudes, ya que muchas de las dificultades que se presentan a lo largo de implementar una propuesta de negocio es que las personas no tienen las herramientas de informarse adecuadamente acerca de las costumbres del negociante, el cliente o receptor.

The main objective of this research is to know the position that students and learners of modern languages ​​have when talking about interculturality, and how prepared they feel to face a cultural experience in a foreign place or in their native country. We also wanted to analyze the knowledge and preferences that young people have when communicating with new cultures, explore the intercultural competencies of students in the last semesters when doing business with people from different cultures and finally identify differences and similarities that there may be among modern language students between semesters (sixth, seventh and eighth) to understand the level of preparation of each student.

It will also be possible to analyze the reasons why agreeing to a business with a culture different from that of origin can cause displeasure on both sides due to the lack of skills, since many of the difficulties that arise throughout the implementation of a business proposal is that people do not have the tools to inform themselves adequately about the customs of the merchant, the client or the receiver.
