Impacto de las nuevas tecnologías en la bancarización digital en Colombia

Abstract

Este proyecto de investigación tiene la finalidad de profundizar en el impacto y las variables que influyen en la bancarización digital en el país, tomando como eje principal la población de 20 a 60 años de la ciudad de Bogotá, con el propósito de validar el uso de las herramientas digitales en el sector financiero. Adicionalmente, se indagará qué aspectos impactan al consumidor financiero, ya que la oferta de servicios y productos financieros a través de aplicaciones bancarias es muy amplia y diversa.

En esencia, uno de los enfoques de este proyecto de investigación es revisar los estudios realizados en torno a esta problemática. Con base a la teoría encontrada, se busca generar conceptos e ideas que contribuyan al análisis del impacto de la bancarización digital en Colombia y como la transformación digital es clave para el crecimiento financiero del país. Por ende, se realiza un estudio de campo a través del estudio de variables mixtas que permitan visualizar causales, restricciones y demás características que son cruciales para el estudio.

This research project aims to delve into the impact and variables that influence digital banking in the country, taking as its main axis the population between 20 and 60 years of age in the city of Bogotá, with the purpose of validating the use of digital tools in the financial sector. Additionally, what aspects impact the financial consumer will be investigated, since the offer of financial services and products through banking applications is very broad and diverse.

In essence, one of the focuses of this research project is to review the studies carried out on this problem. Based on the theory found, we seek to generate concepts and ideas that contribute to the analysis of the impact of digital banking in Colombia and how digital transformation is key to the country's financial growth. Therefore, a field study is carried out through the study of mixed variables that allow visualization of causes, restrictions and other characteristics that are crucial for the study.
