Estándar para diseño e interventoría de infraestructura de automatización en sistemas industriales de distribución de agua potable basado en el PMBOK

Abstract

Este documento aborda la falta de estandarización en los proyectos de automatización industrial en FELD INGENIERÍA S.A.S, específicamente en la consultoría e interventoría de sistemas de distribución de agua potable. Se realizó un análisis de la literatura para identificar herramientas que facilitaran un diagnóstico organizacional, destacando el uso del modelo RISE y la matriz DOFA. El modelo RISE ayudó a identificar riesgos a través del análisis de factores diferenciadores, mientras que la matriz DOFA evaluó factores internos y externos. A partir del diagnóstico, se desarrolló un plan de acción detallado que incluye directrices para proyectos de automatización, utilizando normas actualizadas. Este plan permitió formalizar un estándar para mejorar la calidad y rendimiento de los proyectos, implementando mejores prácticas en gestión de innovación, documentación, evaluación y seguimiento.

This document examines the lack of standardization in industrial automation projects at FELD INGENIERÍA S.A.S, specifically in the consulting and supervision of potable water distribution systems. An analysis of the literature was conducted to identify tools that would facilitate an organizational diagnosis, highlighting the use of the RISE model and the SWOT matrix. The RISE model helped identify risks through the analysis of differentiating factors, while the SWOT matrix evaluated internal and external factors. Based on the diagnosis, a detailed action plan was developed, which includes guidelines for automation projects, utilizing updated standards. This plan allowed the formalization of a standard to improve the quality and performance of the projects, implementing best practices in innovation management, documentation, evaluation, and monitoring.
