Creación de una organización no gubernamental ONG para la atención de crecimiento y desarrollo en menores de 5 años en la ciudad de Bogotá

Abstract

El presente plan de negocios se enfocó en la creación de una Organización No Gubernamental ONG que presta servicios de crecimiento y desarrollo en niños menores de 5 años en la ciudad de Bogotá. El propósito consistió en analizar la factibilidad comercial, técnico-científica, organizacional- administrativa y financiera para una ONG que servicios de crecimiento y desarrollo en niños menores de cinco años en la ciudad de Bogotá. Se justificó por la necesidad sentida de la falta de continuidad desde la EPS y como tal de los cuidadores en llevar los menores de 5 años hacia la consulta de crecimiento y desarrollo. El tipo de estudio realizado fue cuali–cuantitativo orientado a investigar la necesidad de los servicios de crecimiento y desarrollo en la población menor de 5 años en la ciudad de Bogotá, y de esta forma validar la viabilidad para la creación y puesta en marcha en el mercado dando solución al problema identificado.

The present business plan focused on the creation of a non-governmental organization – NGO – that provides services for growth and development in children younger than 5 years in the city of Bogota.

The purpose was to analyze the commercial feasibility, technical-scientific, organizational, administrative and financial for a NGO that offer services of growth and development in children under five years ages old in the city of Bogota. It was justified by the need felt of the lack of continuity from the HCP and as such of the caregivers to bring to the child of 5 years old toward the consultation of growth and development. The type of study was qualitative-quantitative oriented to research the need for the services of growth and development in the population of less than 5 years old in the city of Bogota, and so this way validate the feasibility for the creation and implementation in the market providing a solution to the problem identified.
