Omisión de reporte sintomatológico en el trabajo

Abstract

Después de que la OMS declaro pandemia al nuevo virus COVID 19 en el año 2020, la compañía ICEIN inicia la dura pelea frente a la ausencia de un reporte real y verdadero emitido por los trabajadores frente a los síntomas ocasionados por el Covid 19, por ende, se ha iniciado un proyecto de investigación para así poder entender por qué los empleados en algunas ocasiones omiten reportar su estado de salud ya que la compañía se está viendo afectada con el alto contagio del personal ocasionando afectaciones en el área de producción con el aumento de ausentismo, el enfoque que manejamos es cualitativo, cuantitativo mixto donde hemos encontrado el por qué el personal omite reportar su estado de salud y las afectaciones que esto le ocasiona a ellos, esto nos da una linealidad para realizar un proyecto encaminado a las mejoras en los procesos del área de salud ocupacional.

After the WHO declared the new virus COVID 19 pandemic in 2020, the company ICEIN starts the hard fight against the absence of a real and true report issued by workers against the symptoms caused by the Covid 19, therefore, a research project has been initiated in order to understand why employees sometimes omit to report their health status since the company is being affected with the high contagion of staff causing effects in the production area with increased absenteeism, The approach we handle is qualitative, quantitative mixed where we have found why the staff omits to report their health status and the effects that this causes to them, this gives us a linearity to carry out a project aimed at improving processes in the area of occupational health.
