El impacto positivo del teletrabajo en el barrio La Fiscala

Abstract

Este proyecto está enfocado en la identificación y evaluación de los efectos positivos del teletrabajo en la sostenibilidad y la calidad de vida de la comunidad que habita en el barrio la Fiscala. El teletrabajo se ha convertido en una práctica laboral popular desde el COVID-19 y ha llegado para quedarse en el presente. Sin embargo, algunas empresas consideran que trabajar desde casa no les conviene. De ahí que la decisión de incitar a sus trabajadores a regresar a sus oficinas sea bastante común en Bogotá, ciudad donde se ubica el barrio la Fiscala

This project is focused on the identification and assessment of the positive effects of telework in sustainability and the quality of life of the community that lives in la Fiscala neighborhood. teleworking has emerged as a popular working practice since COVID-19 and it has come to stay in the present. However, some companies consider that working from home does not work for them. Hence, the decision of prompting their workers to go back to their offices is fairly common in Bogota, the city where the neighborhood la Fiscala is located.
