Factores que influyen en la elección de estudio de la especialización en Gerencia de Proyectos metodología virtual en la Universidad EAN

Abstract

El siguiente trabajo de investigación está orientado en identificar los diferentes factores que influyen en la elección del programa Especialización en Gerencia de proyectos metodología virtual en la Universidad EAN. A través del planteamiento del problema se pudo establecer el alto crecimiento de matrículas en este posgrado virtual, y de acuerdo a ello, se procedió a realizar el objetivo general y objetivos específicos de la investigación, de acuerdo a ello se procedió a la construcción del marco teórico, con las teorías que ya habían sido proceso de investigación en temas de educación virtual por otros autores. Al contar con marco metodológico, se establece el tipo de investigación a realizar, su diseño y alcance, finalmente se elige el instrumento para la recolección de datos, la encuesta como unas de las herramientas más eficaces y de mayor concentración para el resultado de la investigación. Al ser aplicada se obtienen resultados los cuales son analizados mediante la estadística descriptiva y los datos son contrastados con la hipótesis, y las teorías relacionadas en marco teórico, logrando así establecer la discusión con los hallazgos fortalezas y debilidades del resultado de la investigación.

The following research work is aimed at identifying the different factors that influence the choice of the Specialization in Virtual Methodology Project Management program at EAN University. Through the problem statement, it was possible to establish the high growth of enrollments in this virtual postgraduate course, and according to this, the general objective and specific objectives of the research were carried out, accordingly, the framework was built theoretical, with theories that had already been a research process in virtual education topics by other authors. By having a methodological framework, it establishes the type of research to be carried out, its design and scope, and finally chooses the instrument for data collection, the survey as one of the most specific and highly concentrated tools for the result of the research. When applied, results are obtained which are analyzed using descriptive statistics and the data is contrasted with the hypotheses and the theories related to the theoretical framework, thus establishing the discussion with the findings, strengths and weaknesses of the research result.
