Abstract

La presente iniciativa se denomina plan de negocios para la creación de un micro teatro itinerante en el área metropolitana de Bucaramanga. Este proyecto se suscribe a la tipología de emprendimiento cultural, que incluye las artes en su sentido más convencional, las plásticas, música, creación literaria y con un foco en las artes escénicas; en este sentido, las artes, la creatividad y estas múltiples expresiones no son ajenas, a la necesidad y a la gestión, de hecho se puede inferir y concluir que detrás de cada gran obra cultural, puesta en escena, apertura de museo, presentación artística ha habido un proceso administrativo que posibilitó dinámica social. En este tipo de iniciativas se identifican tres roles fundamentales, el creador que es generalmente quien concibe la idea, los artistas y los gestores.
