Motivation theories, such as Self-Determination Theory, show that autonomy, competence, and a sense of belonging are often negatively affected in virtual work environments. In this context, gamification emerges as an innovative managerial and technological strategy capable of increasing motivation through game dynamics, rewards, and continuous feedback, aligning with the contemporary challenges of teleworking. The present research addresses the design and structuring of a gamified performance dashboard aimed at strengthening the motivation and productivity of remote software development teams. The study was developed under a methodological approach structured in four phases. Initially, an exhaustive theoretical and state-of-the-art review was conducted. Second, a diagnostic instrument focused on identifying the key psychosocial factors that influence remote motivation to establish a baseline was designed and validated. Based on these findings, the third phase consisted of the functional design of a gamified dashboard prototype, integrating game mechanics and personalized reward systems. Finally, in the fourth phase, a detailed intervention plan was structured, including the evaluation tools necessary to measure the model's impact. The design results show that integrating elements such as experience levels, leaderboards, and badges allows technical effort to be made visible and simulates the recognition typical of face-to-face environments. It is concluded that the proposed model constitutes a viable solution to overcome the motivational shortcomings of distributed work. Furthermore, the study provides a rigorous procedural basis, establishing strategic guidelines and evaluative annexes for the empirical implementation of the dashboard in organizations.eng
