Abstract

El presente informe identifica áreas de mejora mediante un análisis del estado actual de la empresa. Esta investigación examina el proceso manual de generación de órdenes de compra y facturación de pedidos, evaluando su desarrollo que se realiza a través del programa Excel. Se destaca la importancia de implementar una herramienta que permita optimizar el proceso actual, con el objetivo de obtener resultados superiores en la gestión de generación de ordenes de compra, facturación, tiempos de respuesta y la actualización de bases de datos en tiempo real.

This report identifies areas for improvement through an analysis of the current state of the company. This research examines the manual process of generating purchase orders and invoicing orders, evaluating its development, which is carried out through the Excel program. It highlights the importance of implementing a tool that allows optimizing the current process, with the objective of obtaining superior results in the management of purchase order generation, invoicing, response times and the updating of databases in real time.
