Viabilidad económica de aplicación móvil de domicilios para el sector gastronómico del municipio de Tenjo – Cundinamarca

Abstract

Teniendo en cuenta como marco no solamente global sino a nivel local, la situación de confinamiento que estamos viviendo a raíz del Covid-19, evidenciamos la importancia de desarrollar esta investigación ya que le apuntaría a reactivar el sector gastronómico en el municipio de Tenjo, a través del desarrollo de una aplicación de domicilios de comida, satisfaciendo así la demanda de los clientes y a su vez permitiendo aumentar las ventas de los restaurantes, los cuales por el momento no pueden atender de manera presencial en sus locales comerciales. La metodología a utilizar determinará mediante diferentes estudios la factibilidad económica para el desarrollo de este proyecto en el municipio de Tenjo. Esta investigación podrá servir de base para investigaciones similares en los diferentes municipios del territorio colombiano, guardando ciertas proporciones en cuanto a los datos extraídos del sitio en donde se desarrollará.

Taking into account as a framework not only global but also at the local level, the situation of confinement that we are experiencing as a result of Covid-19, we evidence the importance of developing this research since it would aim to reactivate the gastronomic sector in the municipality of Tenjo, to Through the development of an application for food addresses, thus satisfying the demand of customers and in turn allowing to increase the sales of restaurants, which for the moment cannot attend in person in their commercial premises. The methodology to be used will determine through different studies the economic feasibility for the development of this project in the municipality of Tenjo. This investigation may serve as the basis for similar investigations in the different municipalities of the Colombian territory, keeping certain proportions regarding the data extracted from the site where it will be developed.
