Identificar las causas de las glosas realizadas por la AIC EPS-I al Hospital Universitario San José en el II periodo del 2018.

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo identificar las glosas en el Hospital Universitario San José y con ello proponer acciones de mejora. Se recolecto la información por medio de los programas de Excel y Word de las glosas del segundo semestre del 2018. Para el análisis de dicha información se utilizaron técnicas de tablas dinámicas, con lo cual determinan las causas y problemas de relevancia que afectan la facturación de la institución. Se encontró que el servicio con mayor número de glosa corresponde 21.41% corresponde al área de urgencias y la principal causal de glosa es pertinencia ayudas diagnosticas con un 95.11%.

This work aims to identify the glosses at the San José Universitary Hospital and thereby propose improvement actions. The information was re-collected through the Exel and Word programs of the glosses of the second semester of the year 2018. For the analysis of this information dynamic chart techniques were used, which determine the causes and problems of relevance that affect the billing of the institution. It was found that the service with the highest number of gloss corresponds to 21.41% of the emergency department and the main cause of gloss is relevance of diagnostic aids with 95.11%.
