Criterios para el logro de una competitividad y productividad del sector automotriz colombiano en el proceso CRM, teniendo como referencia los indicadores del IGC (Índice Global de Competitividad).

Abstract

Se realiza un análisis basado en tres criterios que definen la competitividad de un país: La innovación, infraestructura, y sostenibilidad,como factores relevantes para analizar y evaluar el nivel de productividad y competitividad del sector automotriz en Colombia. El sector automotriz se selecciono como objeto de estudio por sus comportamientos dinámicos que presenta actualmente y es tema de intereses por el gobierno para lograr un desarrollo competitivo innovador y de esta manera evitar una competencia disímil con el resto del mundo. Es por esto que se pretende sugerir una propuesta de mejora al sector automotriz, apoyada en una investigación por medio de encuestas, entrevistas, autores, cifras y modelos de referencia como el Índice Global de Competitividad (IGC) y el Diamante de Porter, donde se pudo identificar criterios para lograr que sea un sector de escala mundial el cual le permita ser más competitivo y productivo.

There is realized an analysis based on three criteria that define the competitiveness of a country: The innovation, infrastructure, and sustainability, as relevant factors to analyze and to evaluate the level of productivity and competitiveness of the self-propelling sector in Colombia. The automotive sector is selected as a case study for their dynamic behaviors which currently offers and is subject of interest for the government to achieve a competitive and innovative development and thus avoid dissimilar competition with the rest of the world. This is why it is meant to suggest a proposal to improve the automotive sector, supported by a research through surveys, interviews, authors, figures and reference models as the Global Competitiveness Index (GCI) and the Porter Diamond, where could identify criteria to make it a global industry which allows it to be more competitive and productive.
